Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, and interview processes and implement the same.
  • Ensure all recruitment metrics are met.
  • Create/define dashboards/metrics/measurements of success and conduct regular reporting of those to the key stakeholders.
  • To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost-effective.
  • To be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent.
  • To have an in-depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates.
  • To conduct interviews, administer tests, roll out offers etc. (end-to-end recruitment activity).
  • Work on recruitment-related projects.
  • Oversee HR Operations tasks including but not limited to:
    • Managing employee records and HR databases.
    • Handling employee queries and grievances.
    • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
  • Demonstrate creativity with respect to sourcing candidates, maintaining data, and marketing the brand, etc.
  • Experience of handling multiple positions.
